Step 1: Start in your pushup plank position.
Step 2: Bring one foot forward to replace your hand.
Step 3: Drive that same side elbow down to the instep of your foot.
Step 4: Twist and reach that same arm up to the sky while you expand your chest.
Step 5: Bring your hand back to its starting position as you step your foot back to the pushup plank.
Step 6: Repeat on the other side and continue to alternate back and forth for the specified number of repetitions.
