Step 1: Place dumbbells out in front of you on the floor about shoulder width apart and parallel to each other.
Step 2: Place you hands on the handles of the dumbbells and extend your legs behind you about into a wide stance pushup position.
Step 3: Make sure you shoulders are lined up forward over the dumbbells.
Step 4: Perform a pushup where your shoulders gently kiss the dumbbells at the bottom.
Step 5: Use your legs to anchor your hips so that they don't rotate as you pull one dumbbell up to your waist.
Step 6: Return the dumbbell to the floor and repeat on the other arm.
Step 7: The pushup and row on each arm constitutes one repetition.
